Ask any high school what their career goal is. How many would answer, "I want to be a CPA." Donna would - and did. You see, here first heroes were the CPAs she encountered in her part time office temp job.

Donna followed that goal into the University of Texas accounting program. were she excelled. Then upon graduating, with honors, she embarks on her dream career with one of the "Big eight: accounting firms.

She had another love - the law. After several years in accounting she took a scary leap. She left her job and entered law school. Her time at the University of Oklahoma Law School launched her into a new phase of her career. She began a career as a Special US Attorney. For 5 years she investigated and prosecuted tax fraud and other white collar crimes in Guam.

Upon her return to the continental U.S, Donner became the Chief Financial Officer for an international conglomerate. When this company shut its doors in 2002 she formed her own professional practice, Donna L Rodriquez, P.L.L.C. Her practice has served the needs of corporations, medium-sized business, non-profits as well as individuals. Manu of her clients are successful real estate brokers & agents. Which leads us to the most recent phase of her career.

In 2015, Donna had the opportunity to buy an interest in Texas Homeland Title Company. Working with realtors sparked the “curious mind” again. The more she learned about real estate and title insurance, the greater her interest. So, she decided to invest in Texas Homeland Title and soon added Escrow Officer to her list of accomplishments.

Donna L. Rodriguez, CPA JD can now serve all of the financial needs of the successful real estate broker / agents.
