Lindsey is the proud owner of Meadows Resources where she specializes in Consulting, Management, and Administration in HR, recruiting, staffing (traditional/ remote), and training. She is committed to developing female talent in HR, recruiting, and staffing careers. She is an active member of ABWA and SHRM. Lindsey is also ABWA’s 2017 & 2020 Woman of the Year and a Protégé award winner. She has also won Woman of Excellence 2019 from FHPW, and is a 2021 ABWA Top Ten Business Woman. She was nominated for CEO of the Year 2018 by the Houston Business Journal, and Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year 2018 by the Small Business Association of Houston. She is currently serving as the President for IWIB. She spends her free time homeschooling her son, digging in her garden, cooking, baking, hunting, and spending time with her pets and family when not working.
