ABWA's new Innovative Women in Business league formed in The Woodlands Texas was suggested while at a sister league, WEWEN, meeting. It was realized that there was a void in the master-planned community, a void shaped like women empowering each other in their careers, business, and family lives. With the swift assistance of headquarters and surrounding chapters, IWIB was formed in 2018.
